If your items arrive and they are unsuitable or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. This does only apply if the products are sealed and undamaged. Exclusions include E-liquid and cartridges.

Faulty goods/incorrect item

 

We will take full responsibility for any incorrect items which are received in error of dispatch; we will supply correct replacements and also provide pre-paid envelopes to exchange these items. This will be done as quickly as possible with no extra costs to the customer.

 

Any items which arrive damaged should be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt. We will then have these replaced as quickly as possible.

 


Items within Warranty*

 

Any products still within their warranty period that have failed due to mechanical issues will be replaced like for like.

 

Any items within the warranty which may have been misused or damaged (unintentionally or accidently) may not be replaced and will be dealt with per individual circumstance and at the discretion of our customer service department.

 

Batteries have a warranty period of 6 months from date of purchase.

Cartomizer/Clearomizer/Glassomizer functionality have a warranty period of 2 months from date purchase. Please note this DOES NOT include glass breakages, lost mouth pieces or coil heads (please see below for the policy on coil heads)

Battery chargers have a warranty period of 6 months from date of purchase.

 

*Warranty of the product begins from the date of purchase started on the order invoice information for the product.  This does not take into account from the date in which a customer has started to use the product.

 

**Please note that if any email correspondence have been involved prior to returning an item to us, please also include a copy within the packet being returned to us.

 

REPLACEABLE COIL HEADS WILL ONLY BE REPLACED IF THEY ARE D.O.A (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT.

CUSTOMERS MUST CONTACT US WITH 48 HOURS OF RECIEVING THEIR ITEMS TO ARRANGE A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.

 

E-LIQUID IS CLASSED AS A CONSUMABLE ITEM, THEREFORE IT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED ONCE PURCHASED UNLESS IT IS FAULTY AS WE CANNOT GUARENTEE IT HAS NOT BE OPEN OR TAMPERED WITH.
