Shipping charges and conditions:
Our postal system is easy to understand. Shipping charges are added to the time or you are ready to complete your order and are available at checkout and are calculated on the weight of your order. This is the easiest way for you to choose your preferred postal method.
Delivery in Europe may be chosen by selecting standard European Air mail, international signed or courier service from £2.70. Delivery outside Europe may be chosen by selecting the rest of the world air mail or signed international option.
We, reserve the right to choose the method of shipment, equivalent of replacement from that chosen.
Shipping costs are calculated based on units that integrate the weight and packaging costs it in, to ensure that your article arrives in good condition.
Please note that the Royal Mail do not consider a package lost, until 15 working days have passed from the date of posting regardless of what service you choose.
Note, UK recorded delivery is for UK and its islands only.
Courier service is available for some european countries and more will be added.
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase and offer a 30 day from purchase return policy on all unsealed and undamaged items excluding liquids and cartridges. Your options for these returns are:

Faulty or incorrect items received?
Please inspect your order within 7 days of receipt and inform OKSmokey.com Ltd of any deficiencies or damage. We will correct the situation as soon as possible at no additional expense to the buyer.
Returns under warranty?
We will happily replace any faulty items still under warrant if they have failed due to faulty workmanship or materials. Please note that items that have failed to misuse or damage (unintentional or otherwise) may not be replaced nor a refund issued.
